The hotel had a prime location close to beautiful beaches and amazing spots in the area. Additionally, the staff was very friendly and attentive to our needs. The hotel was spotless, and the facilities were outstanding. Parking was ample and secure.

Despite the negative experience, Christmas at the hotel offered some positive surprises. The buffet breakfast was great, with a varied selection of food and nice coffee. The location was also good, close to the beach and shops. A plus was the cozy atmosphere by the decorated common area.

The negative aspects outweighed the positive ones. The room was really disappointing with a faulty bathroom door, no heating, and poor ventilation.

We had an amazing time staying close to the beautiful beaches in the San Teodoro region. The attentive staff also recommended us a well-known Golfo De Orosei spot that was absolutely breathtaking. Our room was comfortable and clean and the bathroom was well-maintained. The delicious breakfast and lovely private beach were also notable facilities.

We did experience some difficulty communicating with the staff due to a language barrier.
